House Keeping needs to be improved. Bed sheets and duvet covers are not spotlessly clean. The House keeping and laundry staff need to be trained properly to maintain the property spic and span. There is no sea view on the lower floors.Far away Sea view only from 7th floor upwards unlike the pictures posted by management. The fresh juices we ordered were watery. Dining table in the living area had not been wiped for days and was dusty and stained.Cleanliness needs to be improved a lot.

Disclaimer : Its a service apartment and not a business hotel Pros - located near the Business Hubs (BKC, Bandra, Andheri) - the building enjoys a shoreline view - decently sized rooms Cons is not "value for money" given that it charges about 5k for a deluxe room - AC not functional in the sparsely equipped gym (its hot n humid Mumbai) - no tea kettle provision - all rooms do not have attached toilets (who keeps adjacent toilets in rooms, thats a new low for business hotels) PS: couldn't believe the concept of adjacent baths, so took one with an attached bathroom

The people at the reception are sexist. We were a group of friends, initially in the evening they let girls in but once we went out and came back at night, girls were denied entry. At 2 am in the night where would we go. We told them that the girls are staying in separate rooms, they still didnt allow.

Pros: The location is good, however the location is out of a lot of rickshaw drivers routes but you will always find one. The staff is very friendly, responsive, and polite. The food on the 1st floor was always good, slow but they had good service. Cons: If you are a clean-freak then I do not recommend this place for your accommodation. My pillowcase had a blood droplet, so I asked for a new pillow. Sheets were stained too. The glass shower door and the window are not clean either. The walls are dirty and the lounge area is very dusty. Don’t use the stairs because it is very nasty! I wish they would keep it presentable and clean! The constant slamming of the doors and phones ringing after hours was frustrating. We found that our rooms were not cleaned until late- 4-5pm. I think this place has a lot of potential if they would just pay attention to cleanliness. Awesome staff tho!
